Parents know that what their children eat affects everything in their lives— from their energy levels, school performance, vulnerability to sickness and even their mood.  Juggling busy schedules and sticking to a well balanced diet can be a challenge; adding to this a picky eater, a medical condition or food allergy/intolerance, nutrition and growth becomes even more of a challenge. 

That’s why all counseling sessions, education sessions and meal plans are individualized for every child (and family). We strive to start building habits that will last into adulthood.
